What the drawing shows

A report is never sent incomplete without it showing. Each section has its own line, and the ones still missing are visible before the report is sent, not a month later at review.

The top of the report — the requests raised and closed that day — is read straight from the system, so it is not typed by hand and not argued over later.

Activities, manpower, equipment, materials, quality, safety, issues, tomorrow’s plan and photos.
Site photos filed under the place they were taken, with a caption, and opened in a gallery.
Sent on its own day it counts as on time; later, as delayed — and once sent it is locked.
A printed report and a PDF in English or Arabic, ready to send to the owner.
