What the drawing shows

A month built on nine days is a month that says so before it shows a single figure. Coverage is the first section of the report, not the last, because every total below it is exactly as good as what it says.

And because nothing is stored here, a daily report corrected a week later corrects the week and the month with it — with no rebuild, and no second copy of the week that disagrees with its days.

Eleven sections, from coverage and statistics through activities, manpower, equipment, quality, safety and issues to the look-ahead and photos.
Only the covering note and the recipients are typed by hand.
The week is compared with the week before it, and the month with the month before.
